Currently it idles with the walbro carb but at half throttle it sounds like its rpms are way to high. Remove the 2 bolts holding the brake pad on. Then the belt will come off. To put the brake back on apply the pto. Place a business card between the brake pad and the pto bell. For diagnosing purposes, separate seat switch from the rest of the wiring harness by taking apart the inline connector under the seat. Put a paperclip into the two female terminals.
