Ordered a couple 12 rounders from Osage county, in the meantime I picked up a 12 rounder at a gun store. It was about as hard to load 12 round, like the 10 rounders were.

This contributed to building my confidence in purchasing a Sig P365. I came into this discussion wanting the XL given the improved ballistics with the longer barrel of the XL. I purchased the P365 TacPac this month (October 2020) and love the three 12 round clips and holster. I cleaned the gun before going to the range as I have learned this is always a good practice plus it let me familiarize myself with the gun. I followed the manual for disassembly and reassembly and had no problems.

P365 - Reassembly problem. Upon returning from the range today and cleaning my P365, I was reassembling when the slide became stuck. Yes, - I did have the take down lever pushed forward. As I was putting the slide on the receiver, it was back far enough to be flush with the front and back of the receiver as if it were normally on.

I had FTE/FTF problems and RTB issues with my early 2018 stock p365 when SIG fitted the slides to rails extremely tight. After a ton of manually cycling the slide for hours and about 300+ of Nato 124gr rounds in the slide was smooth as glass and my problems went away. I hope you're able to pinpoint the exact problem. The magazines are tight, but I'm able to load them. My Ruger LCP Max in .380 is very hard to load, but doable. I don't use loaders on these. The micro-compact double stack mags are just generally difficult to load.
