I was a first-time taker who dropped out of law school way back in 2014 as an evening student. I decided to go back last year and took the February 2021 bar.

I had a panic attack during the MEE. As soon as I looked at all the essays in the test booklet, I had an OMG freak out moment. I felt fine on the MPT, so I know it was the MEE that got me. My J22 was 138 MBE/120 MEE/MPT. I passed F23 with 149 MBE/135.1 MEE/MPT.I started studying the day Themis opened (November 17). I still feel so behind. It is exhausting to work at my high stress law firm all day, leave around 4pm (if I’m lucky), spend some time with my hyperactive puppy I adopted in October, and then try and focus on bar exam studying for 2-3 hours at night. 70% of my energy in Bar Studying was focused on MBE topics. 15% of my energy was focused on MEE-only topics that had a very high probability of being tested …Good luck with your bar prep!
